Orders placed on flowerinstincts.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 3-6 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
DISCLAIMER: Cancelation and address modification requests for orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country.
For countries outside the EU, please note the following:
Flower Instincts collects duties and taxes during checkout whenever possible. We ship with UPS and aim to ensure that you receive your order without additional charges after your purchase on our website.
However, customs authorities in your country may still apply extra duties or taxes. These must be paid by the customer for the package to be released. Shipping fees are independent from customs duties, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Since customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information about applicable policies. Any additional fees requested by customs are not included in your initial payment and must be paid directly to the courier.
WHAT IF MY ORDER LOST
If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours.
If you did not receive the parcel, here is the procedure to follow:
- Contact the carrier (GLS or UPS) to report the non-delivery despite the “delivered” status.They will provide you with a sworn statement form to complete.
- Once the form is filled out, please send it in a single email to:

This will allow them to officially open a claim on their end.
The processing time for a lost package is 6 to 10 weeks. As soon as we receive the results of the carrier’s investigation, we will proceed with either a refund or a new shipment, depending on the outcome.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER
No worries, if your package comes back to us, just drop us an email and let us know whether you’d like us to resend it or if you’d prefer a refund.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the reshipping fees will be at your charge.
