CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

Once your order is placed, we move fast to prepare it.
But don’t worry, if it hasn’t shipped yet, our team will do everything possible to make the change. Just reach out to us quickly!

MY ADRESS IS INCORRECT. HOW CAN I UPDATE IT?

Send us the correct info right away. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we’ll update it for you. If it’s already on its way, we unfortunately can’t change it anymore.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may request a cancellation by contacting our customer service. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can proceed with cancellation. Otherwise, you may return the items once received.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN NEW COLLECTIONS ARE RELEASED?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

Flowerinstincts.com accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must be purchased by a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

Other payment methods will vary per region: Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

International orders will appear as Flower instincts on bank statements.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. And when your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it step by step.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

An order may be canceled if the item is no longer available or if payment could not be processed. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded automatically.

I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

Once your order is placed, we are able to combine shipments on multiple orders.
