ORDER CANCELLATIONS

By clicking the button "Pay Now" you submit a legally binding offer. After clicking “Pay Now”, your order will be submitted and you will no longer be able to cancel or change your order.

The order that you submit to us does not become binding upon Flower instincts, however, until you receive a shipping confirmation or, until the products ordered are shipped. DELIVERY/ PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Flower instincts shall use its reasonable efforts to deliver the products to you by the agreed upon date, however, time shall not be of the essence. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable to you for delays in delivery or damage to the products while in transit. Flower instincts may, within its discretion cancel a customer’s order due to delays or shortages in supply. We are entitled to make partial deliveries of products ordered.

RETURNS

Flower Instincts aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order being delivered. You must send an e-mail to infos@flowerinstincts.com to inform us of the return and to receive the procedure to follow.

The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

SHIPPING

Lost or Stolen Packages: Flower instincts is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier. We advise you contact your payment provider. If your package does not arrive, please contact our customer service.

SPLIT DELIVERY

We often deliver all items from a single order within a single shipment. However, due to numerous factors, products may be delivered in split shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of any order.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES 

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country.

We are shipping with UPS and try to make sure that you get your order without anymore payments for duties and taxes after the checkout in our website.
