Las Vegas, 2024. Flower Instincts crossed the Atlantic for the first time to show at ComplexCon, with a collection called The Motor.
The Motor draws on motocross: performance, aerodynamics, machines built to race. The centerpiece of the stand was a Honda dirt bike, customized by the team to match the collection.
On the first day, the bike was still stuck in customs. The team split up. Half stayed in Las Vegas and built the stand by hand, drawing on a blank wall with markers, and visitors helped draw the missing set. The other half flew to Oakland, collected the shipment at the FedEx depot and drove eight hours back.
The bike was on the stand on day two.
