You will find the estimated delivery date on each product page.
Your pre-order is prioritized meaning you’ll receive your pair before the official release date and before the public drop.

Once your pair leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (GLS for France, UPS for Europe & Worldwide).
RETURNS FOR PRE-ORDERS

You may request a return for refund or exchange within 14 days after delivery of your pre-order (not from the purchase date, but from the moment you actually receive your item).
The process is the same as for standard orders: quick, simple, and automated through our return portal.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER?
The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page (end of September). Your order is prioritized and shipped before the public release.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your jersey leaves our warehouse (GLS for France, UPS for Europe & Worldwide).
IS PAYMENT CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?
Yes, your pre-order is only confirmed once payment is completed. This guarantees that your jersey is reserved for you.
CAN I RETURN MY PRE-ORDER IF IT DOESN’T FIT?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange through our automated portal. Please note: the Mystery Gift must also be returned to receive a full refund.
