Order processing

Orders placed on flowerinstincts.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 3-6 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

DISCLAIMER: Cancelation and address modification requests for orders placed on Friday-Sunday will not be accepted. 

France shipping policy

Delivery is free for France and provided by the GLS service.
You will receive standard orders generally within 2 to 4 working days.

Shortly after the launch of a new collection and during sales, delivery times may be longer. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation by e-mail.


Eu shipping policy

Delivery is free for Europe and provided by the UPS service.
You will receive standard orders generally within 3 to 6 working days.

International shipping policy

Delivery is free for Worldwide and provided by the UPS service.
You will receive standard orders generally within 3 to 7 working days.

International duties & taxes

For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country.

Flower instincts does withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process, but cannot predict what your potential duties will be:
We are shipping with UPS and try to make sure that you get your order without anymore payments for duties and taxes after the checkout in our website.

When such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.

What if my order lost

If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If you still have not received your order after this window has passed, please reach out to Client Services.

What if my order has been returned to the sender?

If your package has been returned to our warehouse, please contact us for further assistance.

RETURN GUIDELINES

What is your return policy

Flower Instincts aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be requested within 15 days of your order being delivered.

You must send an e-mail to infos@flowerinstincts.com to inform us of the return and to receive the procedure to follow.

The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

Please note the following details related to product return eligibility:
Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged. Collaboration items Can't be returned.

Once your return is received, it will be processed at our facility, which may take 4-6 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the processing is complete. Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

Initial shipping costs will be excluded from the credit unless the item is faulty.

A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.

How do I start a return?

Our customers can start the returns procedure as follows

- Send your returns request by email to infos@flowerinstincts.com including your order number and the reason for your return.

- Once the returns form has been submitted, a pre-paid returns label will be sent to you. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

- Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging - including any labels, boxes, garment bags or similar - and return them with the returns label. Items must be in their original condition, with their original packaging and labels attached. Items that are not returned in their original condition will not be accepted.

- We will inform you as soon as your item has been received and processed. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be made in the form of a voucher code.

- We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return journey.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, do not initiate a return; contact Customer Services instead.

When can I expect my return to be processed?

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-6 business days for your return to be processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Should there be no further update after 10 business days, please contact us for further assistance.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact about any damaged or defective items with accompanying photos within a 50-day period from the date of purchase.
